When the thing you love is the place you work

This is real, its hardcore if you want to say it, it’s heavy metal whatever you want to say it, it’s an industry that changed the world. We are better at it in this country than anybody else. I love the orchestra, I love it when the conductor gets kind of wild and you can see him, he is almost like he becomes a section, it just flows through his body. That’s what this is. We come to work every day and we’re an orchestra, in this orchestra it all has pieces and parts that come together. It is amazing to watch that conductor have batons going every which way and all the sudden this unbelievable sound comes out of this orchestra. That is what we are. You hear the machines stamping out parts, sparks flying from the lasers, and the weld flash. It is an amazing event just to walk in the door. I’m wrapped up in this incredible industry. We make people’s lives better; we service all kinds of industries. It’s in our DNA to make things. We’re manufacturers.
