It’s Manufacturing Week!
Good morning Dowding Team Members!
Manufacturing Day is celebrated nationally on the first Friday in October, MFG Day is manufacturing’s biggest annual opportunity to inspire the next generation, positively shift perceptions about our industry, and build the foundation for the manufacturing workforce of the future.
We had such a great turnout last year, that we expanded it to Manufacturing Week this year! Dowding will be hosting tours on three separate days this week, so please make sure your areas are in order and we are all putting our best foot forward to motivate and encourage these students. This is an opportunity for us to highlight our industry and our company to energize a future pipeline of skilled workers!

8:30 am – 9:30 am Eaton Rapids High School – 25 Students
Thursday, Oct 5th:
9:00 am – 10:00 am Maple Valley High School – 25 Students
Friday, Oct 6th: 8:00 am – 9:00 am Eaton RESA – 20 Students
